My good friend and local artisan Tabetha Sullens has been featured on Women Take Wing out of Seattle, Washington! This truly shows her talent and originality as an artist. The feature captures the reason that she continues to have such a successful business. Tabetha pours her heart and soul into her work and it reflects in every piece. This is a great accomplishment!

Congratulations Tab!

Be sure to check it out!

Aimee wanted something fun and cute for Lilly's birthday. I put a flower above her name in one and did the other in curlz with a variety of sized stones.

I hope you had a good birthday Lilly!

Thanks Aimee!

Good Goolsby's Sausage

Mandy Goolsby Byars asked me to make her a Goolsby's Sausage shirt. I was thrilled because we eat this sausage all the time, it's so good! She emailed me the logo (below) and I went to work, it took some time and lots of stones. I think it turned out great. Thank you Mandy, I hope you enjoy wearing it!

Meet My Girls

These pretties are my neices.

Emily is in the shrimp color and Hannah is in Black.

They participated in a fair pageant last night and I'm so proud of them. It was Emily's first pageant, we did not know what to expect out of her. She is very much a tom-boy who loves her animals and wants to be a vet when she grows up, is a cleaning freak (she cleans when she comes to Aunt Sue's house!), loves to organize, likes to stamp and make things, and has a very kind soul. So, when she said she wanted to do the pageant we said "OK Em, are you sure?" "Yes", she replied. She did not look back, and was just a little nervous before she went on stage. She came out of her shell and showed us her personality; she even gave us a beauty pageant wave when she left the stage. ;) Emily, you are so pretty! She will be turning 9 next week, Happy Birthday Em!

Hannah is 10.5 and loves to be on the go. She is captain of her schools clover leaf (quiz bowl) team, makes straight A's, watches The History Channel for fun, currently raising chickens for 4-H (that's a post in itself... started with 25 and has 8 left... poor chickens!), and she wants to be an Archaeologist. Hannah did great, looked beautiful, she made her turns correctly, smiled, and don't she look like a glamorous lady from the 40's?

The Serious Pose...

I must thank Keri at Memories for being so sweet and the 911 save. THANK YOU!

I understand Bella just had a birthday. I am happy Tabetha and Lexi asked me to make her a sparkle shirt. Enjoy girlies!

This is light purple on chocolate brown. These colors look so good together and a good thing is you can wear it into fall. This combo is very popular right now. I have seen it used in wedding colors, clothing, and even home decor.

Expressive

I was completely honored when Keri Hertwig of Memories Bridal asked me to create something for Relay for Life. She sold these and I donated all proceeds to Relay. I wanted to make something personal for each person who was going to wear this. I did some research and found all the cancer colors. There are so many types of cancer, I could not use all the colors. I settled in and went to work... many, many hours later I had it. 11 colors representing Leukemia, Childhood Cancer, Ovarian Cervical, Lung, Brain, Breast, Bladder, Ovarian, Prostate, Renal/Kidney, and Pancreatic. Because breast cancer affects so many I placed pink at the top of the ribbon. As I was doing this I started to think about the people in my family who have been lost to cancer. My Grandfather died of Leukemia, my Uncle of Pancreatic Cancer, my grandmother of a Brain Tumor, and Great Aunts and cousins of Breast and Cervical Cancer.

They sparkle on my hat and I hope your family will sparkle on yours.

Thank you for allowing me to do this.

Thank you Ashley!

New ideas?

I am trying some new things... this towel is for my bathroom. I am experimenting with putting rhinestones on more than just shirts. I would love to hear from you, let me know what you think and if you have any ideas for me! Thanks!

JA Queen - Caitlin

Caitlin McClain is Junior Auxiliary's 2008 Jr. Miss Warren County and of course, she needed a JA Queen shirt!

Caitlin is a doll and was so sweet to work with.
Thanks!

Tammy

Tammy requested a Cheer Mom shirt, she said "just do whatever you think..." (i love that).

I wanted it to be fun and bold, I used larger stones and a cute font.

Tammy, I hope you wear this to lots of games and that it helps Caitlin & Warren Co. shine!
